Job Description

My client is a family run business that provides multi-discipline industrial services nationwide.

Job Responsibilities

Due to business needs they are looking for a Site Administrator to join their team. This role will involve working on sites nationwide; so, a full driving license and willingness to travel over night is essential for this. A typical day in your role as a Site Administrator will involve:

  • Completing administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintaining filing systems on site and keeping records up-to-date
  • Organising release documentation/drawing packs for the Project Manager
  • Completing Induction Packs and booking inductions
  • Arranging visitors and deliveries to site
  • Communicating via telephone and email
  • Providing support to the Project Manager as required
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good communicative skills
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Experience on construction sites (desirable, not essential)
  • Experience of contracting (desirable, not essential)
  • The role is full time, the successful candidate will be expected to work away from home with accommodation expenses paid for by the company. Overtime working may be required.
