am currently representing a leading global manufacturer of permanent magnets and precision metals. Due to expansion, they are looking for an Assembly Operative to predominantly ensure the assembly of products and components are made to the required specifications and quality.

his is a role that requires you to work both day shifts and afternoon shifts in addition to the following:

• Ensure all products are assembled to the instructions given
• Ensure all documentation relates to the correct job orders, part number and revision before work commences
• Be able to work both effectively in a team and individually
• Ensure operation times are achieved / exceeded against planning targets
• Flag up any non-conformances promptly to your Team Leader and complete the correct paperwork
• Take care when handling customer parts and products (Strong magnets involved)
• Keep your area in a tidy organized condition (5s)
• Ensure the Quality requirements, policies and procedures are complied with at all time
• Ensure the H&S legal requirements, policies and procedures are complied with at all time
