Job Description

This client is a successful and established business based in Sheffield specialising in the procurement of consumables and branded merchandise. They work with a variety of businesses and sectors and are proud to work with some of the world’s most prestigious brands.

 

They are a progressive Company with an exciting vision to develop the business and the team and they are looking for an experienced Administrator to join there busy Operations team.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately convert sales orders to purchase orders in line with company guidelines and deadlines.
  • Process and quality assure detailed bespoke printed orders in line with customer specifications.
  • Coordinate, monitor and track artwork approvals, pre-production samples and bulk production of
  • bespoke printed orders.
  • Liaise with Suppliers and Customers regarding deliveries
  • Source new products to support product development and customer enquiries.
  • Update information systems with new product information.
  • Create a variety of customer and supplier correspondence to support sales and
  • service delivery processes.
  • Manage incoming customer related queries professionally, efficiently, accurately
  • and within agreed customer timelines
  • Support the Operation team with all task required to provide an efficient service to the Sales Team.
  • Provide cover to the Accounts team to process purchase invoices and manage credit control

Skills + Experience

Skills and Experince:

  • 2/3 Years’ experience working in an administrative role
  • Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • GSCE grade 6-9 or above in English and Maths – or equivalent
  • Relevant Degree or A Levels - Grade A-C Desirable
